This portal is for informational purposes. All engineering projects, secure software deliveries, and security audit engagements are governed by separate, signed Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All general design assets, copy, and code frameworks on this website belong to Nexlab IT Solutions. All intellectual property, source code, and assets developed under custom client contracts are fully assigned to the client as specified in our signed agreements.
3. Cybersecurity Acceptable Use
You agree not to probe, scan, test the vulnerability of, or attempt to compromise our website infrastructure or hosting nodes without prior explicit authorization from our security team. Any malicious activity is strictly prohibited.
4. Liability Limits
The information on this site is provided 'as-is' without warranties. Any warranty, service level agreement (SLA), or liability limit for custom production software is strictly defined by the respective project contract.
